1. Parties and Acceptance
The apps and the underlying platform are developed and owned by Nubolink Solutions SL (Tax ID B13743174, Avinguda Indústria 414, 25001 Lleida) ("the Software Provider"). The service is delivered to you by the Operator that provides you the service ("the Operator"), who owns the VPN and Nextcloud servers. By using the apps you accept these Terms.
2. Ownership of software and infrastructure
The Software Provider owns the software (apps and platform) and grants a limited licence to use it. The VPN and Nextcloud servers are owned and operated by the Operator. The Software Provider does not operate that infrastructure, does not store user data and does not intervene in VPN traffic.
3. Description of the Service
- NuboDrive: storage, sync and backup of files and photos.
- NuboProtect: VPN and security with an embedded browser, and purchase and management of international eSIMs.
4. Software Provider's role and limitation of liability
The Software Provider only supplies the software. It is not liable for the availability, security or performance of the VPN and Nextcloud servers, nor for the processing of personal data carried out by the Operator on that infrastructure. Any claim regarding the service, connectivity or your data must be addressed to the Operator.
5. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old, provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights, to distribute malware or to compromise network security. The VPN must not be used to conceal criminal activity.
7. eSIM: Purchases and Activation
Prices and coverage are shown before purchase. Given the digital nature of the product, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the eSIM has been activated, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The software, apps, trademarks and content of Nubolink Solutions SL are protected. No licence is granted beyond the use necessary to enjoy the service.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be suspended or modified for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages or loss of data.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Term and Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. The service may be terminated for serious breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
These Terms may be modified; the current version and date are always available at this URL.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to applicable consumer-protection legislation.
